Why We Picked Him: We adore 22-year-old Oliver's all-American (um, guess that would be all-English) look with just a hint of rocker dude.
Why He'd Make a Great Karaoke Partner: The boy can sing and even gives a few performances in the movie. "The guy I play is a musician, so I sang five songs. One was James Brown's 'Get Up Offa That Thing.' That was interesting. He is the godfather of soul."
Pucker Up: "[In What a Girl Wants] it was my first time doing an on-screen kiss. I've done stage kisses before (Oliver studied at The Guildford School of Acting in Surrey, England), but this was different because you don't just do one take. But that isn't a bad thing."
We Loved Him Even More After: He explained the difference between the House of Commons and House of Lords in Britain's Parliament and said, "The Lords are kind of like old fuddy-duddies." Brit-speak actually makes politics sound hilarious.
Lawyers Take the Fun Out of Everything: Oliver and Amanda weren't allowed to do their own stunts. "We couldn't even fall [out of a boat] into a lake because of insurance reasons."
